01Founder's letter

We believe every company will have an AI business assistant, every assistant will have a trusted identity, every partnership will be recorded, and every exchange of value will be verifiable.

The Blink founding teamFounder’s letter, Blink white paper V1.0

AI is changing how fast a business can work. Most tools are still isolated: they answer questions, and they do not build a commercial relationship, settle value, or form a trusted global network. That is why we built Blink.

The mission is larger than a Web3 project and larger than a token. It is the largest AI business network we can build, so a growing company can find work, build credit and reach a global market.

Commerce should not be limited by distance, language or the cost of trust. It should sit on infrastructure that is open, transparent and trusted. Blink wants to be part of that infrastructure.

This will not be an easy road. Serious work takes time, technology, an ecosystem and partners. We stay open, transparent and long-term, and we build Blink with developers, companies, backers and the community.

The future belongs to people who build. We want to do that with anyone who believes in AI, in Web3, and in working across borders.

02Market opportunity

AI is remaking
how business works

Companies already use AI to write, read customers, find opportunities and handle support. Soon almost every company will have an assistant. Web3 adds what that assistant lacks: a verifiable identity, commercial credit, global value movement and contracts that execute themselves.

Five problems growing companies share

01

Customers cost too much

The leads are not precise. There are vast numbers of growing companies, and most of them pay more every year to find the next customer.

02

Trust costs too much

Neither side has a credit record the other can rely on. Across a border that slows everything down.

03

AI is hard to use well

The tools exist, and they do not talk to each other. A company still cannot run a real process with them.

04

Resources stay separate

Peers and service firms work alone. A supply chain has many steps and scattered information.

05

Customers do not stay

Repeat business is hard, and the data and credit often sit with a platform, not with the company.

Growth, trust, capability, coordination and retention pile on each other. Blink is built for those problems: AI, companies, credit and value, on one network.

03Governance

Governance, in several layers

Central coordination where it is useful, and decentralized decisions where they belong. Companies, developers, node operators, researchers, backers and the community all take part.

01 · BLINK FOUNDATION

Foundation

Long-term direction and the global brand. It does not run community governance.

02 · DAO

DAO

The important platform decisions: new products, new agent types, incentive rules.

03 · ENTERPRISE

Enterprise council

Company representatives from different industries and countries, advising on the product, standards and cooperation.

04 · TECHNOLOGY

Technology council

Engineers, AI specialists, security people and Web3 developers. They set standards and review upgrades.

05 · ECOSYSTEM FUND

Ecosystem fund

AI research, developer grants, incubation, company digitization, audits and the community.

04Roadmap

An 18-month roadmap

A clear plan for the next eighteen months: technology, real commercial use, a shared ecosystem and work across countries.

M1–3

Start, and the base infrastructure

Brand, site and white paper. A foundation and operating entities. The token model. Blink Core: digital identity, wallet, contracts and multi-chain support. A community, developer docs and an SDK preview.

M4–6

Core products, closed test

The enterprise AI assistant for advice, markets and marketing. A console, credit center and data center. Wallet beta, open APIs and a first closed company test.

M7–9

Testnet and proof of the ecosystem

A public testnet for agents and industry apps. A node test, a security audit, risk review and a vulnerability process, ahead of mainnet.

M10–12

Mainnet and commercial use

Companies use the wallet, the assistant, cross-border credit and membership. The AI Marketplace opens. A global go-to-market begins.

M13–15

A global ecosystem

Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. A developer conference, hackathons and founder support. A fuller marketplace and a wider partner set.

M16–18

The network takes shape

Commercial credit, an AI collaboration protocol, cross-border payments and value exchange, so companies, agents and developers can work together.

05Principles

Principles

Openness, a long horizon and care about the rules, so the ecosystem can last.

01

Real work first

Value is proven by companies working together and by the product being used.

02

Disclose it

Governance, funds and incentives can be looked up and audited.

03

Take part with care

No promise of price, yield or a listing.

04

Build for the long run

Keep iterating with companies, developers and the community.
